About Us

Chapelfield Services was started in May 2020, initially servicing drainage pumps. Asked by a customer if we could PAT test a hot tub, then a holiday cottage in Norfolk, our PAT test department has gone from strength to strength. We now test village halls and community spaces, parish council premises, shops, factories, salons, holiday lets, short & long term rental properties, HMO's and trades peoples tools and equipment. We also offer small electrical works and repairs as well as servicing and repair of drainage / sewage / cellar pumps and pump stations. We carry a number of spares for pump stations, including level control floats, alarm beacons, fuses, stepping relays plus junction boxes and glands etc from stock. We're also members of PATTA (Portable Appliance Testing Trade Association) and proud members of Norfolk County Council's Trusted Trader scheme. Our Engineers are City & Guilds qualified, St John Ambulance trained in work place first aid and carry first aid kits, carry CSCS (construction skills certification scheme) cards and are DBS checked and carry necessary PPE, including safety boots, gloves, safety glasses, high vis vests / jackets / overalls, hard hats and shoe covers.
